5M Services Ltd provides professional cleaning services including residential, commercial, and specialist cleaning. All services are subject to availability and our standard scheduling procedures.
3. Booking & Quotes
- Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- A booking is confirmed once you accept our quote via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Prices may vary based on property condition, size, and specific requirements upon inspection.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled service incur no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
- No-shows will be charged the full quoted amount.
5. Our Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with our work, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. We accept bank transfer, cash, and major payment methods.
7. Liability
5M Services Ltd holds full public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage, claims must be reported within 48 hours of the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items of extraordinary value unless disclosed in advance.
